Conditions of Booking

Bookings
The person who makes the booking is responsible for the reservation and warrants that he or she will make payment in full.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the details of the booking are correct before travelling.

Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking may incur a £10.00 administration fee.

Camping Bookings
Pitches will only be reserved once a deposit has been paid and confirmation given.

Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable

Group Bookings
These are permitted by prior arrangement only. Please call the farm direct.

Damage and Liability
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any personal injury.

Complaints
We would prefer to be given the chance to rectify any unforeseen problems during your holiday. If you have a complaint, please let a member of staff know immediately.

Failure to Comply
All bookings are accepted in good faith and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the stay of any person creating a nuisance to others or breaking any of our site rules and terms and conditions.

Site Rules

Arrivals
Static Caravan - Static caravans are available from 3pm onwards.
Camping - Camping pitches are available from 12 noon.
Late arrivals by 8.30pm at the very latest unless by prior arrangement. Please report to the farmhouse upon arrival for both caravan and static caravan.

Checkout
Static caravans by 10am on day of departure.
Camping by midday on day of departure.

Caravans
Towed caravans are not permitted on site.

Road Safety
Please drive slowly and safely when on the site. The speed limit is 5mph maximum.

Facilities
Our facilities are closed each day from 11am – 1pm for cleaning (toilet only available during this time).

Visitors
Must check in at reception on arrival and leave by 9pm.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Livestock
Please take care around cattle and chickens and wash your hands before eating.

First Aid Kit
A first aid kit is kept in the farmhouse kitchen.

Emergency Telephone
This is situated in the farmhouse reception.

Deposits
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Recycling
Please use the recycling facilities as directed. Please do not throw recyclable materials in the skip.

Young Children
Please ensure young children are accompanied at all times.

BBQs
BBQs are permitted providing they are raised off the grass. We have some bricks you can use. Please ask at reception.

Smoking
As per UK law, smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings on the farm.

Noise and Behaviour
Guests’ behaviour should not be excessive, noisy or disruptive especially at night. Please show consideration to others. Musical instruments, audio equipment and similar appliances should be used considerately during the day and not after 10pm. Between the hours of 10pm and 8am quiet time should be observed. The use of foul language and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Generators are not permitted.
